Regional Native American Study - Past |

| IVMS students completed a study on the
Native American regions of the Northwest Coast, Plains, Southwest and
Eastern Woodlands. Afterwards, each was asked to imagine that the
population of the earth had grown to a point where there was no more room
for people to live together comfortably. Because of this, each student
was to imagine that their family had to travel in a time machine back to the
early 1800's, to live with the Native Americans of that time. Based on
their studies, the students put together a Powerpoint slide show of their
