The challenges with our languages

 

 
 

We discovered along the way, that although we communicated in English, we sometimes used our words differently.  We also learned to be understanding of our friends in Taiwan who used English as a second language.  This so called "challenge", however, was one of the highlights of our learning adventure.  We found it fascinating to see names in different languages and were very curious about the cultural differences in our use of English.  Here is what we shared and learned about language:
