Combine
caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler or microwave, stirring
constantly until caramel is all melted.Κ
Press 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 12 pan.Κ Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.Κ Remove from oven -- sprinkle chocolate chips on the crust.Κ Pour caramel over chocolate and spread
evenly.Κ Cruble remainder of dough
over caramel.Κ Return to oven and
continue baking for 15 - 18 minutes.Κ Cool
/ chill for 30 minutes and then cut into squares.
